• Minimum age requirement: 16 years
• Expected participation: 50% of club activities per semester

• Certificate of membership

• Uphold club values and code of conduct

• Maintain professional behavior
• Pay membership dues on time (if applicable)

• Zero tolerance for harassment or discrimination

Membership may be terminated for:

• Violation of policies or code of conduct
• Consistent non-participation
• Non-payment of dues (90+ days)
• Voluntary resignation (30-day notice)

• Timely payment of sponsorship fees
• Provide marketing materials within 14 days
• Maintain professional conduct
• 30-day notice for any changes

• Sponsors retain rights to their brand materials
• Club receives limited license for promotion
• Original club content remains club property

• Standard term: 12 months
• 60-day notice for termination
• Renewal discussions begin 60 days before expiration

• Name, email, and contact information
• Educational background and skills
• Event attendance records
• Photos and videos (with consent)

• Communicate updates and events
• Manage memberships and payments
• Improve club services
• Provide anonymized analytics to sponsors

• Secure, encrypted storage
• Access restricted to authorized admin
• Regular security audits
• No selling of personal data
• GDPR compliant

• Request access to your data
• Correct or update information
